Hidetoshi Nakata coaches Take Action FC, run by the Take Action Foundation, met Honda Lock FC of Miyazaki Prefecture in a soccer charity match.
The event was supported by many local organizations recovering from the foot and mouth outbreak that affected local businesses. Proceeds from the event will go to support those affected and to buy soccer equipment for local kids.
The Fair Play flag and Ecoflag made a special entrance at the start of the event and spectators and players were called on to include fair play and ecoplay in their lives as a natural part of sportsmanship.
