In sunny weather,
more reminiscent of summer days, 36 general teams and 4 women's
teams fought it out on the Iso beach in the beautiful southern Kyushu
region of Kagoshima. The two-day event was preceded disqualified
from the competition if they so much as drop a cigarette butt. It
was great to see the Ecoflag flying high in Kyushu and the beach
soccer teams taking such an active leadership role. by a beach-clean
and it was great to see everyone taking care of the beach, even
joking that they'd be.
