Forty children from
four local primary schools gathered for a fun day of sports and
environmental learning, sponsored by the Monma seminar group from
the Musashi Institute of Technology. Due to bad weather the event
was moved to an indoor gymnasium and the children enjoyed 5-a-side
football, as well as an Eco-Campus Tour. The school principles and
head of the Environmental Information Center were on hand to help,
and the children enjoyed the chance to play competitive sports,
experience some of the eco-activities on campus and learn about
the environment.
